This morning my MS Word 2003 and Outlook 2003 started something new. When I
try to open a file or attach a file in Outlook under "Files of type:" I get
Document Manager Encrypted Files. When I click the down arrow the only other
option is "All files".
When I try to attach any file to an email I get a pop-up window that reads;
Enter a pass-phrase to decrypt 'file-name' encrypted by ".
This happens with any file that I try to attach. If I click cancel then it
corrupts the file.
However I can open Window Explorer and drag a file to the email and it
attaches without problem.
I have checked the folder options and the folders are NOT set to encrypt nor
are the files set to encrypt. I makes no difference when the file was created
nor which folder I get the file from.
Any help? I tried a restore but for some reason I cannot restore to any date.
