Document map - automatic show/collapse

I have created a document in Word 2007 where I want to show the
document map.

I have use headings 1, 2, 3 and so on and everything is fine. In the
document map at the left side, every heading is showing and I can
klikk the + og - to show or hide headings.

Since my document is rather long, there are lots of headings and sub
headings and sub, sub headings initially when someone open the
document. Is it possible to only show headings on level one, that is
showing the + sign and not the - sign?
