I have found a Document Map problem that did not occur in Word 2002. In Word
2007 the map display is not generated beyond a section break formatted with
an outline level above Body Text.
(Applying a higher outline level to section breaks is useful because it
makes them display in an Outline View restricted to that level.)
I can supply sample documents that demonstrate this problem.
A lower-level issue is that if the map does not fill the Document Map pane,
when the pane is resized the unfilled area is not refreshed correctly.
