Document name not changing on save?

There is probably something really obvious that im missing here, but I
could use some help in finding it.

When I save a document using app.ActiveDocument.SaveAs the document
gets saved but the name doesnt change as happens when you save a
document using words built in save.

How do I make it change the name?
