document not avalible

when trying to open a document in word 2007 beta it tells me the document is
not available. I cannot open any document in word. I can create a doc. but
then if I close it , it will not open again.

It's a known problem in the beta refresh when you use Norton
Antivirus. Go to http://pschmid.net/ and read the section "File Not
Found / File Not Available".
