Document not saved errors in Excel

Hello,

I work on the Help Desk for the County of El Paso, and one
user is intermittently having trouble saving a spreadsheet
because she is receiving a 'document not saved' error.
The articles I've found on Microsoft's site do not fix the
problem (example:
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;EN-
US;230164), as she receives the same error saving to other
local and network drives. What else can be done to
rectify the situation? She is running Office 2000 with
SP3 installed.

Hi Mary,

I appreciate the response. Unfortunately, I've seen all
of these articles and still haven't been able to come up
with a resolution. I've tried saving to other disks
(network and local), but it produces the same error.
