Excel says "document not saved".
Knowledge base says that this is only ever occurs due to
network connection failure or media failure, but users
cannot save to the desktop or to any other local drive
such as floppy or usb stick. When you open a new excel
sheet, that saves fine in any location, but the document
in question will not.
We are a UK secondary school and this is affecting a large
number of pupils with them losing their work.
