Document Office Scanning / Imaging in OfficeXP

Is there any way to change the file format of scanned
images?

It scans files as TIF, but TIF doesn't seem to be readable
by the Windows Explorer Image Preview or thumbnails.

Once the images are scanned in it would be nice to be able
to view them in a slideshow without the need to purchase
third party software.

Anyone any solutions???

Thanks

TIF is a container format and the compression technology used for individual
images in a TIF may vary. I agree the Windows Explorer situation sucks.

Get Irfanview from www.irfanview.com. It's a free graphics viewer and
converter plus much more.
