Two users can't make changes to the same document
simultaneously. Could you imagine the frustration of your
carefully crafted expression begin turned into a dogs
breakfast by the other user before your very eyes
Somebody has to own the document. One user (the owner)
can have it open and make changes. Another user can open
the document as read only and edit areas assigned to
them. The second user will have to save his or her work
as a different document. The owner can then use the Track
Changes>Compare Documents feature to accept or reject
edits made by the other user.
