DOCUMENT OPENS WITH ALL SYMBOLS???

WHEN I OPEN A WORD DOCUMENT FROM MY E-MAIL IT OPENS IN ALL SYMBOLLS. CAN
YOU HELP?

Not applicable in this case, I think. It sounds as if Word has screwed up
the encoding (or the document is corrupt).

So the OP means that the document is full of nonsense (no readable
text)?

I think so. The usual "garbage" is a lot of ÿ characters.
