document properties displaying on document

I have an encountered a problem where a co-worker's
document properties, including save history and formatting
is being listed at the bottom of all her documents. We
are using Word 97 SR-2.

I compared her View settings in the Options menu and there
are no differences.

Any idea?

You can turn OFF the print properties option by clicking...

Tools | Options | Print: and clear the Document properties
box.
