document properties

I have added document properties to two word documents
(file, properties ..) and clicked on save preview picture.
In Explorer this shows for one document but not for the
other. I have many instances for this, so this seems to be
a bug?

For the second document I cannot see the properties I have
entered either, e.g. Author, Comments! Any other ideas?

Are you looking at the Properties view in Word's File Open dialog? That's
the only place all these properties are displayed.

No, I'm looking in Explorer where usually the author and
e.g. any comments are displayed. I just found that when I
untick the save preview box, the properties show. Solves
my immediate problem, but looks like a bug to me.
