Document Protection

Hi,

We have a need to be able to allow only true read only,
this is fine on the server but doent stop poeple from
copy and pasting the document when opend on their local
computers, or for that matter saving the file to the
local disc's. The server software is Windows 2003
Standard Edition. It would be nice as well to prevent
printing on just some file's, this doesnt seem to be an
option either.

Any help would be appreciated

PDF file format is one option that provides a bit more
protection. Or, Office 2003, which allows various levels of
protection, including assigning permissions to individuals,
and encryption. If you've already upgraded to Windows 2003,
then I recommend you look into Office 2003, as well.
