Document Recovery has jammed up my Excel program

Hi,

I have a HUGE problem, because my excel 2007 program has tried to save a
document using document recovery, and now there is a permanent looping
effect.

The program is unable to respond, and nothing I have tried has been able to
unlock the program.

I do not care if I lose the worksheet.

How can I unlock Excel! PLEASE HELP ME!!!
