Document Recovery In office XP

Dear Friend,

I am working on a very big project that relates with File System Object and
Office products.Office XP is installed on our server and and office 2000 is
installed on our client .Many a time an error is reported of "Document
Recovery ". is there any way to disable that through coding in Visual Basic
6.0.Or any one can suggest some other method to solve that
