Document recovery

Hi,
Have been working on a Visio doc (2003 Pro) for a couple of weeks. Somehow,
the changes I made yesterday do not seem to have been saved (doc last
modified date appears as of 16th Sept) . I have Autorecovery activated to run
every 5 mins, definitely spent longer working on it yesterday. Does anybody
know if there is a way to retrieve the doc with latest modifications.
