how do you manually spawn the Office recovery pane?
where are the tmp files for the recovery stored?

Hi Franky,

Unfortunately you don't 'manually spawn' the Document Recovery pane.
If there are documents to recover then they will be automatically
recovered.

As for the files used in Document Recovery, these are automatically
deleted either when you specify you do not wish to recover the
document or upon the successful close of the document. IOW, the
application did not crash, therefore there is no reason to recover the
documents and the temp files are deleted.

Occasionally you can find an autorecovery file however where it is
located and what it is called depends on the application you are
using.
