Document Reviewing Process

Stefan Goerres

Hello,

I guess everybody knows what happens if someone is going to write a document
and this needs a review by a group of people. But how do you manage this? At
the moment we are doing this by emailing the documents and trying to get the
people to write down the comments and so on. But since you have to compare
the documents each time and then merge all comments it is a mess. Some
people don't even read it and you can't see this :(

So my question is how can we improve this and get that people technically
involved?

thanks
Stefan

If you have the time, turn on "Track Changes" and send it around
sequentially. Have people email it back to you and you send on to the next
person.
