Document Routing in Office

I've got a few computers that are receiving the following
error message when they try to use the routing feature of
Office: "Your mail system does not support certain
services needed for document routing". Is there a patch
or something that needs to be set? They are running
Office 2000 SR-1 on Windows 2000 PCs.
