Document Stencil default on

The novice again ... (see question on macro->toolbar button).

Is there a setting that makes the Document Stencil visible by default?
I mean: in any new diagram, even without any shapes placed.

Because ... I'm fond of this stencil.

As far as I know, no.
I just wonder why you want to do this? It isn't something that you
would normally want to see all the time.

I agree this would be nice to have. I don't believe there is a setting
today.
