document summary

I would like to open the summary of a document, and when I
see the document I remmeber wich one I need. If I open
every document after each ohter it woul;d take a long time
to find the document I need. Search programs can't be used
because I am not sure about search options, I only
regocinned the document when I see it!

Try using the Properties view in File Open. This will show you information
about the document, including Title and Keywords, if any. Or you could use
the Preview view, which will actually show you the beginning of the text.
