I created some templates in Word 2003 that will be used by a few people in
the office. I inserted Form fields to control what is being entered by the
individuals who will be using the form.
I would like to know if there is a macro I can create that will give the
user the option of deleting the Header information if they have pre-printed
letterhead. I would like to have a button that allows the users to click on
it and have the header information not print. If they don’t have a
pre-printed letter head then the header information should remain.
Also I noticed that Once I Protect the Form I'm unable to use the toolbars
in the body of the document. Is there a way I can Protect Form and still use
the toolbars in the body of the document?
Thanks for the help!
