document that appears like notebook page in 2003 is it in 2007?

In Word 2003, when I opened a new document I had an option to open one that
looked like a lined (college ruled) notebook page. I came to use it more
often than not... but cannot locate it in 2007. Is it here?

I don't recall that being part of Word 2003, but if you had such a template
it should still work with Office 2007.
