Document window

The document window does not automatically align with the formatting
toolbar. The top of the window is behind the toolbar.

Hi OT,

Your toolbars have become undocked. Move the topmost toolbar down a bit and
then very slowly drag it back into place. When it is almost docked, it
becomes temporarily highlighted with a darker border. Let go of the toolbar
and it should snap into place. It's a little tricky but you'll find the
"sweet spot" eventually.

As soon as the toolbar snaps into place, the document window will also snap
into it's normal position below the toolbars.
