does someone have some tips/links for MS Office developer documentations,
guidelines or tutorials?

The MVP site is full of goodies and I have a few bits and pieces on mine
too. Have a look at http://www.mvps.org/word and scout about there for
what you need to get going.

If it's not Word that you're interested in then hi-ho over to another
section. But the principles of VBA development is generally the same
regardless of which application that you're coding for.

Also on the MVP site there are some fine links to some jolly decent sites
too.
