Documenting SQL Tables in Visio

I am reverse engineering SQL tables into Visio and, in order to properly
document the tables, I would like to show the notes (the column Description
in SQL Server) associated with each column on the Visio diagram. The Entity
shape does not seem to show the Notes. Is there a way to do this?
