documents in word 2001 always default to envelope when trying to print

all new documents in word 2001 default to envelope setting as media
type in my print dialgue box. how can I change this and get back to
default of plain paper setting? thanks

The default new doc is based on the Normal template, and takes its settings
from whatever is set in the Normal template. You can either generate a
fresh Normal template, or change the settings in the existing one. See here
for directions on how to do those things:
