Please help, I get the following message and am not sur
ewhat the problem is:

"Microsoft Project Web Access Documents and Issues are
based on SharePoint Team Services from Microsoft.
A SharePoint Team Services subweb needs to be created for
your project before you can share project documents or
track project issues. Subweb creation takes a few minutes,
so if the project was just published, wait a few minutes
and then visit the page again. Otherwise, please contact
your system administrator."

The project has been published for ages and I can do
everything else in PWA. In the Admin section for subwebs
it is set to automatically create them. If I try creating
a subweb (as no address is next to the projects) I get an
error saying that "could not create subweb, subweb does
not exist". Any ideas welcomed.

This problem is already on the news group. You need to run
Proxycfg utility and PCcom+. You can find the information
on the web also.
