documents not listed in MyDocuments but they are there

Regarding MS Office 2003

I recenty filled up my hard drive and the system stopped. After deleting
some files I was able to run again. When I Open MyDocuments, no documents are
listed.
I knokw they are there because I can Open one by name. The listing of all
the documents is now gone.

How do I repair this?

Ask in a newsgroup that is relevant for your version of Windows. This
