Documents will not open

I can start all of the Microsoft Office applications. I can work in them and
save them. I can even send them but when I need to open one it says " (file
name) not available." I tried to open worsheets sent to me in Word and I
can't open those either. I need help very badly. I haveschool work due
yesterday and I can't open my work. I am running Norton AntiVirus if this
helps.

Just check you are opening the files with the correct program. You say you
are opening "worksheets". Worksheets are normally referring to Excel
documents, not word.
