Hello
When documents are repeatedly saved in the docx form, does the compression involved degrade the document in any way? What if pictures are in the document?
Regards, Charlie.

Hi Charlie:

Short answer: No.

The compression used is "Zip" (Base 64) compression. It is lossless and
reversible. The only effect on the pictures is that they probably will not
compress any further (depending on their format).

Good question :)

Cheers
