.docx converter for v.X

Operating System: Mac OS X 10.3 (Panther)
Processor: Power PC

Does anybody know if there is a converter available to convert the new file format so Office v.X can read them?

The converters can be obtained from the following link & require Office X to
be updated to 10.1.9 but also require OS X 10.4.9 (Tiger) or later:
