If you are talking about SyncServices issues, I doubt it,

Actually, for me, it created them. I keep getting that error box saying
that Sync Services has been terminated and asking me to send the data to MS.
It finally started happening every minute or so so I had to shut it off.

Any fixes out there??

That's different.
I suspect you have a corruption in your database that makes the process
crash.
Launch Entourage pressing the Option key down to rebuild your database.
