Does anyone have a simple time billig program for access 2000

I would like a programme that is simple and easy to use and needs to be
flexible for time billing with reports for projects, employees, and cleints
and if possible to intergrate into a cash bookas well

There is a simple time and billing template supplied with Access:
File | New | From Template

None of these sample templates are really robust enough to run a business no
though. At best, they are ideas you can pull apart and learn from. You may
need to invest in having someone develop this for you.

Or, if you actually want to invest your own time in becoming a developer
(for other applications also, not just this one), there are heaps of
courses, books, videos, and tutorials you can purchase. Assuming you are
starting from scratch (may not be the case), it will take you a couple of
years of part time learning and experimenting to start to get a handle on
this.
