Does anyone have a template for a Sales Rep Training Manual?

I would like a training manual template in either word 2007 or publisher 2007
and I cannot find one at all. I have four more company training manuals and
I have to make my own out of 6 different templates to form into one. Any
suggestions????

one myself and thouhgt maybe you had better luck than I have had so far.
