I upgraded from Windows 98 to Windows XP. Now, I can't install Microsoft
Office 2000 because I've lost the product key. I have a Product ID which is:
50637-707-9999992-02464 If anyone has a valid product key, please give it to
me. My email address is (e-mail address removed). Thanks...

I did a Google search and found the following:

If you have a boxed retail copy of Microsoft Word or Office you can use the
phone numbers at http://microsoft.com/worldwide (800-360-7561 in the u.s.)
To get a replacement Product Key. If it was pre-installed on the PC when it was
purchased, it's an oem copy of the software and you will have to contact the
pc supplier for a replacement.

Called 800-936-5700 asked for product support, explained the situation
and Microsoft created a new Product Code. I then called
888-652-2342 to activate the product code.

Microsoft has a new website to request a new Product Key for The following products: OFFICE 2000, OFFICE 2003, OFFICE 2002, WINDOWS
XP HOME EDITION, WINDOWS XP PRO EDITION, WINDOWS 2000 and other Microsoft Products. If you have recently lost your product key for
the following products above, Please see this website: www.MicrosoftProductKey.homestead.com
Credit Card Required.

See the KnowledgeBase article "How to Obtain a New Product Key for Office 2000 Program Setup" at
