Does anyone have an 2002 access template for issues management?

I am looking for a simple issues management database which is similar to 2003
Access template offered by MS website. I have Access 2002.

Access 2002 and 2003 use the same format for databases; I suspect you
can use the template as is. At least it's worth a try! You might need
to edit the VBA code a bit if there are 2003-specific features.
