Here's the question: What specifically does the Database Wizard do to
allow users to submit/edit/delete records to a database on a server
that they have not been given permission to write to?
I have a database that I converted to a great web interface using
ASPMAKER and it runs flawlessly on my development server which I have
been given write access. When I have it moved to the production server
which I don't have write access to, it bombs.
If I create the database through the DB Wiz and have it moved to the
production server, I can write to it. The problem is, ASPMAKER produces
some really cool and useful pages that would take me months to
reproduce manually should I build on what the Wizard did.
Does anyone know how the Wizard accomplishes this *write access*
work-around? Thanks in advance for your help...
