Does anyone know how to customize an Organizational Chart?

Yes, anyone who's created one knows how. Not much value in a generic
Organizational Chart, unless you're sole-trader..

What version of Word are you using?

Are you using Insert=>Diagram's Org chart tool?

Can you be more specific on what you're trying to use that is custom?

I am also having problem customising an organisational chart. Below is my
problem:
I have started going through the book "Microsoft Office Specialist Study
Guide Office 2003 Edition" and have come across a bit I can not get to work
as the book states, page 32. That is to change the colour of the connecting
lines in an autoformatted (Bevel) organisational chart. When I go to the
AutoShape dialog box the tab for changing colors and lines is inaccessible. I
have tried turning on and off the Auto layout on the Organisation chart
Toolbar but that does not help. I also have tried all sorts of combinations
like changing the colour of the lines before adding the bevel but it just
reverts back to the default look. The book says to change the lines to red
then attach arrows to those lines but I can not do this.
