I would like to have an APA style template for Word '03, onr that includes
formatting and all the rules of American Psychological Association writing
style.

Google for "Word APA template" (without quotes)... there are thousands. With
current technology, no template is going to be able to automatically
transform your thoughts and/or your typing into APA style. You have to know
the APA rules before you can use the template.
