After furious head scratching, Richardsson asked:
| I was working in Excel (MS office professional) when it crashed and I
| was directed to install SP3 but when doing so the installation
| stopped as I didnt have the PRO.MSI file. I dont have the original
| office installation disk with me (although it is an official copy) as
| it is in the office. Now Excel does not work!!!

| I do not quite understand the directions I am reading here as I see
| other have experienced a similar problem. Is there not simple
| solution to this? MUST I have the original disk?
