Does anyone know what this error means?

I just recently started getting an error when I am trying to export data to
an Excel file. The error reads: "MS Access 2003 Reserved Error (-5016)"

I can't seem to find anything about this error, can anyone help me? What is
it and why did it suddenly just start happening?

Well here is what the error means:

JET_errUnexpectedEngineReturn -5016 I-ISAM: unexpected engine error
code

So the error is coming from the ISAM for Excel. I would suspect something is
wrong with the Excel file (corrupted, read-only, etc.).
