Does excel 2008 support color text in headers and footers?

Version: 2008 Operating System: Mac OS X 10.6 (Snow Leopard) Processor: Intel I'm trying to apply text colors in a footer in excel 2008 and there doesn't seem to be an option to do so. I don't believe i've ever attempted this before, so it's possible that it's the expected behavior. Thanks,

No, character formatting in all versions of Excel ‹ Windows or Mac ‹ has
always been very restrictive. I believe Excel 2007 offers more options, but
that is the only version which does.
