Is Outlook running against Exchange? if it isn't then Outlook will need to
be open and connected to send that email. It stays in the outbox until the
time you specify - check for it.
Another option, if all your people use Outlook, was to send a Task request.
I am going to be out of the office all week, and I sent a reminder to the
people about receiving some materials during the middle of the week to be
sent to them.
Do I need to have my computer turn on, even though I am not here to make
sure that the reminder will be sent?
When I was creating this email, I click on Options and the dialog box
appears and I select the radio button for Do Not delivery before and type in
the date and yes I did sent it
