Does not close mydatabase.ldb file when closing

Occasionally when I try to compact and repair my database I get error 3356
"You attempted to open a database that is opened exclusively by user 'Admin'
on machine 'mymachine'. I suspect this is caused by a failure to close the
mydatabase.ldb file the last time the database was shut down. This occurs on
more than one computer.

Hi.

I suspect this is caused by a failure to close the
mydatabase.ldb file the last time the database was shut down.

The *.LDB file is left when either the *.MDB file is closed and the database
has been left in a suspect state, or the user does not have delete
permissions in the directory where the *.MDB file is located. Ensure that
all users have "Full Control" Windows security permissions on the directory
where the database file is located to eliminate the latter possibility.
