'Does Not Contain Data'

I'm trying to load in a very large .csv file. There are approximately 3
million records and about 400 characters per line.

When I try to link this file to think this file to my access database (File
--> Get External Data --> Link Tables) I get a Link Text Wizard error that
says:

File 'C:\EOM.csv' does not contain data.

I should also note that this file is too large to load into notepad.

Any suggestions?

If I'm doing the math properly, that should be around 1.2 GB of data. That
should squeeze into an Access mdb file. Try importing it into a new database
then linking to it there.

Thank you for the reply. I'm actually just linking the file (Link Tables).
But just for kicks I tried your suggestion but I got the same error message.
