Does Office 2000 SP3 contain all of the individual updates?

For example, the Word 2000 updates, the Outlook 2000 updates, the Access
updates. Or do I have to install all those updates after installing Office
SP3?

Yes, SP3 for Office 2000 includes updates for all of your Office 2000
applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint, etc.). You need to install
SR-1a for Office 2000 before you can install SP3 for Office 2000.
