Does Office Small Business Edition 2003 Excel support Lotus 1-2-3.

I bought a Dell with Office Small Business Edition 2003 PREINSTALLED. I went
to tools/options/transition and selected all three transition buttons.
However, I still get the Excel menu when I hit the foward slash (/) key.
Please respond.
