Does OneNote Do These Things?

Please can someone tell me if OneNote:

(a) Can embed everything in one OneNote file (text, images, pdfs, etc) for
easy use on multiple computers.
(b) Can be installed in Windows XP SP2 with Office 2000 installed (ie.
without messing up Office 2000).

A) Yes, I suppose you could, but it might get unwieldy depending upon
how large "everything" is.

B) Yes, should be fine.
