does Outlook 2002 support Microsoft Mail

As a business we have Office XP on some computers and when trying to set up
Outlook it seems to only give the option of using Exchange Server for
internal e-mail and we do not have this, we use Microsoft Mail Post Office.
Is it possible to set it up to use Microsoft Mail and local .pst file?
